Halloween seems to come around so quickly once we get into October. This is already the topic of conversation in my house. The chitchat ranges from Halloween Parties and Fancy Dress Costumes to Halloween Decorations and Trick or Treating. We would love to know if Halloween has already strated being discussed in your home and what Halloween Party Ideas you have.

With Oktoberfest now well underway we have been looking at some of the history of this famous Beer Festival which is held in Munich. Parades can be seen with people dressed in traditional Lederhosen Costume and there are plenty of Beer Tents to visit. You can also celebrate here with German Themed Decorations, beer and Balloons. We would love to know if you have been to the Oktoberfest Festivities and what it was like.

This weekend I went to a brilliant Fancy Dress Party. The theme was the letter L and everybody really made an effort and went to town on their Fancy Dress Costumes. I went Dressed Up as Little Miss Giggles and my husband was a Leprachaun. The hosts Fancy Dress Outfit was a Lobster. As there was a Party Theme to the evening all the guests got into the spirit of enjoying the Party.

We have been chatting in the office today getting married in a Fancy Dress Costume. This has come about from reading an article about a couple who did just that. This creates a different Party Idea and a novel theme for a Wedding, particularly if your guests also Dress Up as Fancy Dress Couples. We would love to know if you had a Party with a difference.

As the time soon approaches for my son to go off for his second year of University the thought of Freshers Week is looming. He is of course very excited at the prospect of partying while wearing Shot Glass and Glow In The Dark Necklaces as well as Dressing Up in Fancy Dress Costumes for Themed Nights. We would love to know how you are feeling about your son or daughter going off to University and also how they are feeling.
