St. George’s Day is 23^rd April and we have been looking at various ways of marking this day from using St. George’s Day Decorations to decorate your office, bar or home to wearing a St. George’s Day Bowler Hat and painting your face Red and White. A St. George’s Day Party is the perfect way to recognise this day and putting up St. George’s Day Flags shows everyone where the festivities are taking place. World Book Day is on 5^th March and is a very exciting time. It encourages a love of books and stories and reading for pleasure, the advantages are endless. Schools always embrace this day with activities and children wear Fancy Dress Costumes dressed up as their favourite book characters. We have lots of ideas for Fancy Dress and would love to know if your children are dressing up this year and which Costume they will be wearing.

St. Patrick’s Day is on 17^th March and we have been looking some St. Patrick’s Day history and ideas to help you have a fun St. Patrick’s Day Party whether you are celebrating at home or out. St. Patrick’s Day Decorations really set the scene and atmosphere and are all themed Green. Wearing St. Patrick’s Day Hats and Glasses are a fun way to accessorise and get into the spirit of the party. With Comic Relief on 13^th March and a lead up to fund raising events, we have been looking at some fun ways to involved. A Red Nose Themed Party is always a good idea to raise money. Having a funny face using Face Paint and wearing Novelty Glasses is the perfect way to create awareness this year as well as Fancy Dress Days and don’t forget Red Garland Decorations sets the Comic Relief Scene for all to enjoy. Chinese New Year is on February 19^th and this year is the year of the Goat. We have been looking at Chinese New Year Party Ideas and in particular Chinese New Year Decorations such as a Chinese Flag and Chinese Lanterns.
