Iraq/Iraqi Flag. The Iraqi Flag is made of three horizontal bands: red (upper), white and black, with 5 points stars on the white band. In the center of the Iraqi Flag, between the stars the words "ALLAH AKBAR" (God is Great) are displayed. The Iraqi Flag was adopted on 31 July 1963, and modified on 13th January 1991. The economical version of the Iraqi Flag is without the words, just with the stars.
