Preparing a dinner with Candles, Balloons and Decorations is always the perfect way to start the evening. If you proposed to your husband we would love to hear all about it and if you are planning to propose tomorrow please let us know how it goes.
Tomorrow is the 29th February which means this year is a Leap Year. February has 28 days except for once every four years there are 29 days which is to balance out the calender. This is also the date where traditionally women can propose to men. The idea of this is also to balance out women not having to wait for their Marriage proposal. This custom dates back hundreds of years and it is believed that any man who said no would have to pay a fine of either a kiss or to make a payment for a Dress or a pair of Gloves. Nowadays you can make your proposal a very special night by making a loving dinner. The table can be adorned with Candles and you can set the scene with bunches of Balloons including Burgundy Hearts, Silver Hearts and balloons saying I Love You all Tied Together and placed around the room and putting up Dove Garlands add that extra touch.
